Vinifiering: Druvorna till Patriale Bianco Eko kommer från olika områden i Italien. Samtliga skördas och vinifieras var för sig på temperaturkontrollerade ståltankar. Vinerna blandas och lagras några månader på ståltank innan buteljering. Viognierdruvorna kommer från Sicilien, chardonnay från Trentino i norr, vermentino från Maremma i Toscana och pecorino från Marche.

Magic Rock Brewing

This porter is brewed in collaboration with Dixon's milk ices in Huddersfield, makers of unique and delicious "Milk Ices" since 1961. As a tribute to this local ice cream maker, Magic Rock has brewed a porter with Pinhead Oats and Oat Malt that gives a smooth and velvety body. A little milk sugar and premium Madagascar vanilla are added before fermentation, which gives a slightly sweet, velvety and milky taste. An icy premium porter to enjoy!
